With the development of science and technology, our country began to intensify efforts to promote energy-saving and emission reduction, and comprehensively utilize the wastes. Among them, blast furnace slag is a type of waste discharged from a blast furnace when smelting pig iron and is one of the major industrial solid wastes. Its main ingredient is a fusible mixture of gangue, ash, fluxes and other impurities that cannot enter the pig iron.
In order to deal with these waste residues, the state spends huge sums of money each year to build a drainage yard and a railway line, wasting a lot of manpower and resources. The blast furnace slag belongs to the silicate material melt formed in the 1400 ℃ ~ 1600 ℃ high temperature, which is easy to process into a variety of building materials. After years of research and analysis, our company has developed a series of crushing and grinding equipment according to the unique characteristics of blast furnace slag. Due to the hardness of the blast furnace slag and the fineness of the finished product, a vertical mill was developed in the mill series and a cone crusher was developed in the crusher series. The slag crushing and grinding machines can grind the slag to a certain degree of fineness. After being processed, it becomes the good raw material for production of cement, slag brick and blocks.
