These fine powders easily adhere to, so it effects of conveying. So it's better to screen the materials with more fine powder in advance before crushing process. Sift the fine powder as far as possible from the material, so as not to affect the normal work of cone crusher.
The finer the discharging size is, the lower the capacity is. The fineness is determined by customers. If there are no special requirements, the general size of the material can be set to medium fineness.
The greater the viscosity is, the easier the material adheres to. The material with large viscosity will be adhered to the inner wall of the crushing cavity of the cone crusher. If it can not be cleaned in time, it will severely affect the efficiency of cone crusher. Therefore, when selecting materials, we need to pay attention to the viscosity of the material.
Humidity refers to the water content contained in the materials. When the materials contain large water content, they are easily adhere to crushing cavity of cone crusher and jam in the conveying process, thus reducing the production capacity.
