What Are the Problems Existing in the Stone Crushing Process Flow?

May 20,2015

The stone crushing process flow designed by our company has a variety of advantages of high automation degree, low operation cost, high crushing ratio, less energy consumption, large output, less pollution, easy maintenance, etc. And the mechanism sand produced by our stone crushing process flow is in line with the national building sand standards, with uniform granularity, good particle shape and reasonable grading. Besides, our stone crushing process flow can flexibly collocate proper models according to different technical requirements to exert its best performance.

Stone Crushing Process

Even though the stone crushing process flow has many advantages, for everything has two sides, some problems existing in the operation process can't be ignored. Today let's get to know some problems of the crushing process together.

1. The underground ores are of high silt content and serious argillization. During the production process, the crushing and screening equipment, ore bin, spiral chute, hopper as well as the crusher feed downpipe are often blocked seriously, affecting the production capacity of the crushing system.
2. The crusher's processing capacity is low. The average capacity of the system after the first construction phase is around 350 t/h and after the second phase construction the system's production capacity can reach to 8000 t/d, so we can determine that the processing capacity of the crushing system is about 550 t/h.
3. The crushing procedure is of heavy dust, severely affecting employees' health condition.
4. The spiral classifier separates the ore sludge out, and in the follow-up process, it directly enters into the roughing flotation on granularity.
5. The effective volume of the fine ore bin in the first phase can't meet production needs, with a actual ore storage capacity of 3200t only, hindering the adjustment on the whole production process.
