Production status: In the lime rotary kiln process line in the Philippines, lime stones are sent to the preheater by elevator for heating, then sent to the lime rotary kiln for burning and decomposing. The lime stones after decomposed will be sent to the cooling machine to cool down and then sent to the finished products warehouse. Our limestone rotary kiln is of advanced technological process and simple structure. The preheater in the production line can effectively improve the preheating effect. After preheated, the lime stones' decomposition rate can reach 20% to 25%, obviously promoting the output of the rotary kiln and reducing its heat loss.
