Structure:

Trommel screen is often used for screening the materials with larger particles, its structure is the slightly tilted drum and the cylinder surface is the screen. During the screening process, the material is added into the cylinder from the entrance. The fine material will be out through the sieve pores, and the coarse material will move along the cylinder inclined plane and finally discharged at the outlet end. The screen has cylindrical, conical, six prism shaped and cylindrical octagonal models, which can divide materials into more than two kinds according to their particle sizes.

Notes:

1. You must first open the rotary screen before opening the equipment, and then open the feeding equipment, when stopping the screen, it is opposite.

2. Regularly check and deal the bolt fixing pieces of the rotary screen.

3. Inspect the bearing, gear box regularly to check its lubrication conditions, and timely refuel and change the oil. The filling volume should not be too much; otherwise it will easily lead to overheating of the bearing.
