The biggest characteristic of rotary dryer is that it has spiral lifter in the drying machine. In the drying process, lifting plate makes the material do rotary motion inside, and the material is dried in the process of hot air. In contrast, the drying effect of rotary dryer is more uniform. Rotary dryer also has other names, such as rotary drum dryer and rotary dryer plant.
Rotary dryer is widely used in building material, food, light industry, medicine, metallurgy, coal mining and other industries. It can be adapted to the drying of the clay, gypsum, coal, slag, coal gangue, mixture, sand, iron and other raw materials. In addition, rotary dryer is also used to dry raw materials in the production process of chemical fertilizer.

1. Pay attention to the working load of equipment during the running period, which generally does not exceed the rated 80%, and it should be arranged the suitable workload.
2. After the running period, it should be conducted a comprehensive maintenance.
3. Usually check the lubrication oil of the required parts and make record.
4. Before and after use of the machine, keep it clean; timely tighten the loose parts.
5. If there is any problem, immediately stop and check, before eliminating the failure, it should not continue to work.
6. Follow the instructions and training from rotary dryer manufacturer.
