Lignite coal is mainly used as fuel in power plants, the household fuel, the gasification of raw materials and other diversified uses. The direct mined lignite coal has high water content, if it is directly used for combustion, the efficiency is low, which is not only a waste of resources, but also pollutes the environment. Lignite coal dryer is also called lignite coal rotary dryer, which can not only used for drying lignite, but also can dry the coal slime lignite produced in the washing process, which is environmental protection and energy saving.
Lignite drying machine has changed the less than 20% feeding moisture content of the traditional dryer, inside the dryer; it has four drying areas, all of which use low temperature drying process:
1. The first level drying area: it is specifically designed for the primary drying of lignite coal, raw coal and slime, so as to ensure that the coal has no chemical change.
2. The second stage drying area only has 300 degrees, which can ensure the quality of lignite without coking.
3. The third stage drying area: its temperature is only 120 degrees to 210 degrees. And this area has crushing and scattering functions.
4. The fourth stage drying area has much lower temperature. It mainly relies on the differential pressure of draught and cryogenic heat flow to dry lignite coal or slime.

3. The drying temperature of different areas can be adjusted, and the material humidity can be controlled.
4. The internal dedusting device can prevent the lignite and coal slime from adhering to the inner wall of drying equipment.
5. Automatic lubrication technology can ensure the lubrication and long service life of bearings.
6. For the special internal structure, when drying slime, the discharging granularity can be adjusted.
7. It can realize 24 hours of uninterrupted operation, which has stable and reliable performance.
